Course Description:

During this course, we would be working closely with you and your team as you refine or define the essential elements of your organization. The process is done at your pace with our support, through a coaching partnership. Individual coaching calls (for you or you and the team) supplement the sessions to help keep you focused on the project and help guide you through the process.
